“When the first manufacturers announced that they would be transitioning to a new agency model, it immediately became clear to us that the architecture and design of our software, in this case specifically our CRM and Sales management system SAM, would need adjusting. UnameIT supports Ford in the transition towards a new agency model.
“Recently all agencies of Ford have successfully started the implementation of SAM. Following an intensive collaboration with Ford of Europe and Ford Nederland, all users have been informed and trained by our consultants in the adjusted quotation system. As of Wednesday March 1st they have had a successful launch!” adds Bram Versfelt.
From the start of the project Bram Versfelt has been fully involved; from the initial meeting with Ford of Europe up until the users training sessions and going live in the beginning of March. “ This large project, on which the whole of UnameIT has worked together, was most definitely worth all our efforts. This past year has ensured that we are fully ready to support all parties using the new distribution model”.
